Davis, CA - January 23, 2013. Moller International (MI) (OTC-QB Symbol: MLER) announced today that it has entered into an agreement to form a Joint Venture (JV) with Athena Technologies, Inc. A memorandum of understanding signed by both parties establishes the guidelines for the formation of this JV which will assist MI with the design and production of its vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) aircraft in the US and the establishment of production and distribution agreements for the aircraft in the People's Republic of China (PRC).
