Davis, CA (April 2, 2013) - Moller International (MI) has provided Athena Technologies with a detailed legal opinion on MI's ability to provide technical information under the guidelines provided in the International Trade in Armaments Regulations (ITAR). This analysis and legal opinion is an important step in the due diligence process required prior to completing the joint venture (JV) with Athena Technologies as well as with any other foreign entities with whom MI might form a similar joint venture.
