Skycar Developer Moller International Sets Date for 2009 Annual Shareholders' Meeting

DAVIS, Calif.--(Business Wire)--Moller International (OTCBB: MLER) will conduct its 2009 Annual Shareholdersmeeting on Saturday, November 21, 2009 from 10:00 AM to noon.

The meeting willbe held at 1632 Da Vinci Court, Davis, CA, 95618-4860, which is adjacent to MI'smain offices.

 Parking will be available at both 1632 Da Vinci Ct. and at MI'soffices at 1222 Research Park Dr.

The purpose of the meeting is:

    1. Election of Board of Directors

    2. Annual report to shareholders

    3. Such other business as may be properly brought up at the meeting  

 

All Shareholders of record at the close of business on November 20, 2009 arecordially invited to attend and vote at the meeting. It is important that yourshares be represented regardless of the number you own. If you are unable toattend the meeting in person, please contact the company and request a proxyballot which will be mailed to you prior to the meeting.  

 

Freedom Motors 2009 Annual Shareholders' meeting will be held immediatelyfollowing the MI session. Matters specifically oriented to Freedom Motorsshareholders will be addressed during this time.  

 

Following the meetings, Moller International's M400 Skycar(R) and other productswill be on display at the corporate offices.
